天死 (Tenshi) is a female-to-male transgender person, a walk-in, and an asexual. He has been in a committed monogamous relationship for roughly three years, and is engaged to be married. He is in his late 20s.
Professionally he works for county government, and when not working he likes to go out drinking with friends, go to metal concerts, or practice martial arts and gunmanship.
Personal Beliefs:
Atheist – Literal interpretation of the term. I do not worship or honor any gods. This does mean I am without any spiritual beliefs, or experience of the numinous. I just have no use for dogma or religion, and prefer to navigate the spiritual realm on my own terms. See this post for more information.
Otherkin – I primarily see myself as Angelkin/Celestial as well as Yokai, or at least falling within those archetypes. How I reconcile being aAngelkin in particular with being an atheist isn’t as complex when you consider that nonphysical beings commonly worshiped or recognized as gods can create or engineer other beings for personal use, in much the same way as a magician would create a servitor which later achieves sentience. Denying belief in any gods (or denying godhood to these beings) could be considered an act of rebellion or heresy by other angelkin and a sign that I have “Fallen”. I personally call bullshit on this assumption, and firmly believe in the application of free will, which all sentient beings are entitled to.
Therianthrope – I also consider myself a falcon therianthope, or falling within the archetype and mental programming of one. Whether or not I literally believe I was a falcon in a past life is open to debate. This is a topic I’ve yet to expand on. Awhile back I created the LiveJournal group Avianthropes for others with similar experiences to discuss the phenomenon.

Hobbies:
Astronomy – Reading, research and stargazing. Includes aviation, aerospace engineering, astrophysics and chaos theory. The Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum and the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center are some of my favorite haunts.
Meteoritics – The study of meteors and meteorites. I have a humble, yet slowly growing, collection of meteorites and impactite. The pride of my collection is my Dhofar meteorite.
Martial Arts – Currently I am studying Krav Maga and hope to enroll in a local school once I am financially able to again.
Gunmanship – One of my most favorite forms of stress relief involve going to the shooting range. I rank average in my marksmanship and am working on improving my technique.
Drinking – I do this. Probably too much. Vodka and Red Bull is my favorite mixed beverage, and I will drink almost any type of beer unless it’s cheap or lite.

I don’t mind people contacting me about my blog, but do me a favor and use proper grammar and pronunciation. Also keep in mind that I’m probably not going to care too much about your personal history or any other validation insecurities you might have. Be advised that I have a habit of banning and deleting accounts I do not recognize, mostly because I don’t want to be bothered, and there are many things that I’d prefer to keep private.
I also won’t give a shit if you decide to snark or deride me for whatever opinions or beliefs I end up revealing in this blog. I will probably end up laughing at you, deleting your comment and forgetting about it the next day, so just don’t bother. You would only be wasting your time.
That said, I do welcome intelligent and articulate correspondence, as long as you’re not a complete flake.
